Bale Opener Machine

Function: Open the pressed PET bales

Label Remover Machine

Function:remove the labels from the bottles

>Blades made by tungsten carbide and are fixed by screw easy to adjust and replace

>The barrel designed with hydraulic system to lift up the chamber which is convenient to replace the blades

>The machine bottom with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles, good for machine use

Plastic Crusher Machine

Function: crushing the PET bottles to small flakes.

Floating Washing Tank

Function: with cold water washing out dirty from the flakes

Hot Washing Tank

Function: with hot water washing to remove oil/glue and other dirty from the flakes.

>The water is heated up by steam, steam is generated by the steam boiler

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

Function: take out dirty and remover water from the bottle flakes
