Rigid Plastic Two Stage Water Ring Pelletizing Line is designed for recycling PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE and other rigid plastic waste, such as crushed plastic flakes, bottle flakes, barrel flakes, injection scraps and hard plastic materials.
The double-stage extrusion system provides better melting, plasticizing, degassing and filtration performance. The water ring pelletizing system can produce uniform recycled plastic pellets with stable cutting performance. The final pellets can be used for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and other plastic production.
Machine capacity, voltage, screw design, pelletizing system and layout can be customized according to customer raw material condition and production requirements.

It is suitable for processing crushed plastic flakes, bottle flakes, barrel flakes, plastic container flakes, injection scraps, blow molding waste, pipe scraps, sheet scraps and other hard plastic materials.
The final recycled plastic pellets can be used for injection molding, blow molding, pipe extrusion, sheet extrusion, profile extrusion, plastic container production, plastic barrel production, recycled plastic product manufacturing and further plastic processing.
