PP/PE Film Washing Line
PP/PE Film Washing Line is mainly used for recycling waste PP and PE soft plastic materials, such as plastic film, agricultural film, packaging film, shopping bags, woven bags, jumbo bags, stretch film, shrink film and other soft plastic waste.
The whole line can complete crushing, washing, friction washing, floating washing, rinsing, dewatering and drying processes. After processing, the final product is clean PP/PE film flakes or film scraps, which can be used for pelletizing, extrusion or further plastic recycling production.
This washing line is specially designed for soft plastic materials with light weight, large volume and high moisture content. According to different raw material conditions, the line can be equipped with plastic crusher, friction washer, floating washing tank, squeezing dryer, centrifugal dewatering machine, hot air drying system and storage silo.
The machine has stable performance, reasonable structure and easy operation. Capacity, voltage, machine layout and drying method can be customized according to customer requirements.

After washing and drying, the clean film materials can be used for plastic pelletizing, film blowing, plastic bag production, pipe extrusion, sheet extrusion, injection molding and other recycled plastic production.
